Here you can configure a cordless (DECT) telephone. You can assign it a name, and specify which number it should use for outgoing calls and to which numbers it should react for incoming calls.
Only the numbers already entered in the FRITZ!Box can be assigned to the cordless telephone.
Enter new numbers using the "Manage Your Own Phone Numbers" Wizard.
| Name | Assign a meaningful name to the cordless telephone, such as "Office Phone". |
| Telephone book | If you have set up multiple telephone books in the FRITZ!Box, you can define here which telephone book should be displayed on this device. Note: You can also switch between configured telephone books directly on the FRITZ!Fon MT-D. |
| Outgoing calls | Select a number from this drop-down menu. The cordless telephone will establish outgoing connections using the selected telephone number. |
| Incoming calls | Select the cases in which the cordless telephone should react. The cordless telephone can react to all numbers you configured, or only to certain numbers. Select from the drop-down menu the numbers to which the telephone should react. |
Click the "OK" button to implement your changes to the settings.
