Names and numbers you use often can be stored in the FRITZ!Box telephone book.

Access the following functions with the various buttons:

• "New Entry" button: Create a new telephone book entry.
• "Save": Save the telephone book to a file, which you can save, for instance, on your computer's hard drive. To reload the telephone book to the FRITZ!Box as needed, click the "Restore" button.
• "Restore": Reload a telephone book you saved to a file back in the FRITZ!Box.
• "Print Preview": Opens the print preview of the telephone book. To print out the telephone book, click the "Print" button in the print preview.

• "New Telephone Book": Create a new telephone book. You can set up six different telephone books in the FRITZ!Box. You can also transfer up to six more telephone books you have stored with online providers. This means that you can provide personalized telephone books for each user of an AVM DECT cordless telephone (for instance, FRITZ!Fon MT-D).
