Call Diversion

The following settings options are available for call diversion:

  • All incoming calls
    When this option is enabled, all calls that arrive will be diverted.
  • Calls to one number / one telephone
    When this option is enabled, all calls that arrive at one number or one telephone on one of your lines will be diverted.
  • Calls from one person in the Telephone Book
    When this option is enabled, all calls from a specified person in your Telephone Book will be diverted.
  • Calls from the telephone number
    When this option is enabled, you can divert all calls made to your line from a certain telephone number.
  • All calls without telephone number to
    When this option is enabled, you can divert all calls from parties who suppress their caller ID. In the drop-down menu you can define the telephone number(s) for which this option applies.
  • Divert calls to destination number
    Enter here a number to which the call should be diverted.
  • Outgoing caller ID
    Here you have the option of specifying which of your numbers should be used to forward the call.
  • Divert calls to internal answering machine
    You can also divert a call to one of your internal answering machines. To do so, first configure an internal answering machine in the "Telephony / Telephony Devices" menu and then select the device here.
  • Type of call diversion
    When you enable this option, you can specify the conditions under which the call will be diverted.

Then click "OK" to save the changes in the FRITZ!Box.
