Block Calls

On this page you can block numbers for outgoing or incoming calls. This can prevent unwanted connections to premium numbers or block incoming calls from unwanted callers.

The blocked numbers are displayed in a table here.
Use the buttons on the right edge of the table to delete or edit the call block settings.

To set up a new call block, click the "New Blocking Rule" button.

Defining Exceptions

For blocked number ranges you can define exceptions. If you have blocked calls to mobile telephone numbers, for instance, but would like to be able to call your own mobile telephone, then block all calls from mobile prefixes and define a dialing rule for your mobile number in the "Dialing Rules" area.

Attention: If there is no connection to a fixed line and you configured call blocking for local calls, emergency numbers will be blocked as well. In order to be able to reach emergency numbers, you must create dialing rules for the corresponding numbers. Here is how to create dialing rules for the emergency numbers:

Select "Settings / Advanced Settings / Telephony / Dialing Rules".

  1. Click the "New Dialing Rule" button.
  2. Select the "Number" entry from "Range" field
  3. Enter the emergency number in the "Number" field.
  4. In the "connect via" field, select the entry "Internet automatically".
  5. Then click "OK".

Perform these steps for each emergency number.
