Click the "Refresh" button to update the table in the upper area of the page.

Clearing the Internet Connection Briefly

The "Reconnect" button serves to interrupt the Internet connection briefly and then reestablish the connection. The FRITZ!Box then generally receives a new IP address from the Internet Service Provider.

Utilization of the Internet Connection

The two diagrams display the current utilization of the Internet connection as a graph.

• The "Downstream" and "Upstream" loads are each shown in their own diagram.
• "Downstream shows the amount of data that arrive at the FRITZ!Box via an external IP connection. "Upstream" shows the amount of data that reach the Internet via the FRITZ!Box. The two diagrams thus show the external data traffic produced by the entire local network.
• The "Downstream" area distinguishes between data that arrive via the Internet IP connection and IPTV data, which arrive via a separate IP connection. The two IP connections are displayed in different colors. Because data accessed by video on demand are transmitted via the Internet IP connection, they are displayed as Internet data traffic.
• If you assigned different priorities to network applications in the "Prioritization" menu, each of the various prioritized applications has its data displayed in a different color.
